Also for manipulating and sweeping nucleus fragments toward the PHACO tip in the central safety zone for safe emulsification, with less stress to the zonules. THIS INSTRUMENT safely lifts and flips nuclear fragments and epinuclear bowls FROM the POSTERIOR capsule AND IS perfect for dialing IOLs in and out of the bag. The CONNOR wand is also used to protect the anterior capsule and the POSTERIOR capsule as well as the iris during phaco and CORTICAL clean up, as well as providing counter traction in the paracentesis for improved fixation during contruction of the phaco incision.
